Ellen Olga Lloyd
Ellen Olga Lloyd travelled the world as a military child, coming to Sequim in 1997 with her husband John. They run Olga’s Yurt of Fiber, a fiber processing cottage industry. Ellen began felting 15 years ago, and is now experimenting with combining wet and needle felting to create not only fun, whimsical critter art but also more functional art in rugs, slippers, and other goods. Her Sequim Open Aire Market is always full of her treasured creations. Having taught herself a variety of felting methods, Ellen enjoys teaching her methods to others.
